If we talk about the avant-garde shoes that made women cannot help but love and hate, we have to mention  dear Lady Gaga who is the trend-starter of avant-garde look. Because of her, this trend slowly become acceptable and appreciable. Honestly, I am not a big fan of her, but I do love her courage and talent, especially she dares to use fashion to speak herself.

Then this element has been rapid spread to the streets.

Marni for H&M & Launch party

Luxury Italian brand Marni has created a spring collection for global high street retailer H&M, launching in-store and online March 8.

"I wanted to create a true Marni wardrobe by revisiting all our favourite pieces in signature fabrics and prints. As always, I love juxtaposing prints and colours, mixing modern tribal with Bauhaus graphic and adding sporty utilitarian elements."

In March, H&M launches its latest catwalk designer collaboration with Marni, the family-owned label known for its use of prints. Shape, material and pattern layered together in offbeat colour combinations are intrinsic to the Marni signature - and this is clearly evident here, in a collection of apparel, footwear, handbags and accessories for men and women.

To celebrate the forthcoming launch of Marni at H&M on March 8, Marni founder and creative director Consuelo Castiglioni, campaign film director Sofia Coppola, and H&M's creative advisor Margareta van den Bosch, hosted a party on Friday night.
